I am a husband, a father, and a big kid. I love lots of nerdy things ranging from Star Wars to Batman, Star Trek to Doctor Who, and much, much more. I’m a reader, a (somewhat poor) writer, and a dreamer. I’ve been on this planet since I was born, but would love to one day visit the stars. I’m a fan of all sorts of music, but hard rock and heavy metal are tops in my book. My favorite bands include groups like KISS, Motley Crue, Leaves’ Eyes, Dwight Yoakam, Wine & Alchemy, Circa Paleo, the Gin Blossoms, and, yep, even the Spice Girls. I’m a big fan of the Star Wars EU, a staunch defender of my home state of Louisiana, and I love to travel when my pocketbook and employer permit me to hit the road for a bit.
